Citizen Attesa Super Titanium™ 42mm AT8181-63L

The Citizen Attesa AT8181-63L is a men's Eco-Drive chronograph from Attesa's ACT Line, pairing a rich blue three-register dial with silver-tone accents against a Super Titanium case and bracelet.

At 42mm the case wears a touch more compact than the larger Attesa chronographs, and Super Titanium — Citizen's surface-hardened titanium — keeps it around 40% lighter than steel and far more resistant to scratches. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, the bracelet closes with a push-button clasp, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres for swimming and snorkelling.

The movement is Citizen's calibre H800, a light-powered Eco-Drive that charges from sunlight or indoor lighting and never needs a battery. It carries a perpetual calendar, 1/20-second chronograph, 26-city Direct Flight world time, day-date and 24-hour display, a power reserve indicator, anti-magnetic construction and a power-save mode good for around 10 months in darkness.

The movement is also radio-controlled for atomic-clock time sync in Japan, Europe, the USA and China; there is no transmitter within range of Australia, so here the watch runs on its own high-accuracy quartz and is set manually, with no effect on any other function. Attesa launched in 1987 as Citizen's premium technical line for the Japanese market, and the blend of titanium, sapphire and Eco-Drive has defined it since. This 42mm blue-dial Japanese titanium chronograph suits someone who travels, dresses well and wants one watch that does everything without asking for anything back.

Please note that the radio-controlled functionality will not work in Australia due to the absence of radio transmitting stations within range. These stations are exclusive to four regions: Europe, USA, China and Japan. However, this does not affect manual time adjustment.

All Citizen warranties are registered online on the Citizen Warranty Portal directly by StarBuy on behalf of the customer. After purchase and shipping by StarBuy, an email is sent by Citizen registering the warranty directly to the buyer. A link to the online instructions manual is also sent within the email. Citizen no longer supply any hard copies of the warranty booklet or the instructions manual.

  Yes, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home, we recommend using a work address. Australia Post may offer contactless delivery—in those cases, we follow their current safety protocols. Risk and ownership transfer to the recipient upon delivery.
  

• What if I am not home when my order arrives?
  If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a card with details on how to collect your parcel from the closest authorised Australia Post Office. You’ll need to present a photo ID at the post office to pick it up. If you’ve authorised a Safe Drop with Australia Post previously, they’ll follow your existing instructions.

• What are your shipping charges?
  We offer free shipping Australia-wide with Australia Post Express. For approved brands shipped to New Zealand, a $10 flat fee will be added to your total at checkout. Approved parcels to NZ are shipped within the Australia Post / NZ Post network.
