If a competitor, being another Australian retail / online store, is offering a cheaper price on a product on an exact like-for-like basis, in its store or on its Australian website.

Price beat

Conditions

  • The price match is requested prior to purchase, in person or via the form below.
  • The identical product (same brand and model) is in stock and available for immediate sale by StarBuy and the competitor. Price comparison must include any delivery charges.
  • StarBuy can verify the price and availability of the product.
  • When a Price Beat is agreed, no further discounts (including promotional codes) will be given.
  • The agreed Price Beat is only available at the time and day offered.
  • The lower price must be verifiable online. Verbal offers and offers on business cards cannot be entertained.
  • The Price Beat will be at the sole discretion of StarBuy.

Exclusions

  • The product is a demonstration model, second hand or refurbished.
  • The product is sourced from factory outlets, warehouses, clearance centers, auction houses, a business under insolvency administration or a business that is closing down.
  • The product is sourced from an unauthorized distributor or the grey market or from a parallel importer.
