The Bulova Surveyor 97A204 is a men's automatic watch that takes the Surveyor's clean, integrated design and gives it a bolder, warmer character. The 40.5mm octagonal case is gold-tone stainless steel with a mix of brushed and polished surfaces, flowing into a matching dual-finish bracelet that sits close to the wrist.

A curved sapphire crystal covers a black sunray dial, where a prominent handset and applied markers with luminescent fill keep it legible day and night. A thin aperture ring lets the automatic movement show through beneath the dial, an exposed movement jewel adds a mechanical detail, and a small seconds sub-dial rounds out the layout. The 1, 3 and 5 hour markers are plated to match the dial.

Powering the watch is a 21-jewel automatic movement with a 42-hour power reserve, wound by the motion of your arm with no battery to replace.
