The Alpina Startimer Pilot Quartz Chronograph Big Date AL-372BW4S26B is a men's Swiss chronograph built to the pilot's watch brief: legible first, everything else second. The 41mm case is 316L stainless steel, 12.75mm tall, with a screw-down crown and a convex scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

The matte black dial carries white luminescent hands and indexes for contrast in any light, twin chronograph counters, and a big date at 6 o'clock that you can read without squinting. A three-link 316L stainless steel bracelet with a push-button folding clasp finishes it, and the whole package is water resistant to 100 metres.

  Yes, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home, we recommend using a work address. Australia Post may offer contactless delivery—in those cases, we follow their current safety protocols. Risk and ownership transfer to the recipient upon delivery.

  If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a card with details on how to collect your parcel from the closest authorised Australia Post Office. You’ll need to present a photo ID at the post office to pick it up. If you’ve authorised a Safe Drop with Australia Post previously, they’ll follow your existing instructions.
