The Seiko Prospex HBB003K is a limited edition men's automatic dive watch from Seiko's 2026 Asia-Pacific release. Only 2,500 are being made. Its theme is the golden hour at a coastal resort.
The yellow dial has a fine sand texture that catches the light, so it looks less flat than a matte or sunray finish. A black unidirectional rotating bezel sits around it for strong contrast. The 41.7mm stainless steel case follows the sharp, faceted style of Seiko's Samurai divers. It's 12.3mm thick and 49.5mm lug to lug, with 20mm lugs, so it sits compactly for a 200m diver.
A matching stainless steel bracelet closes with a three-fold clasp that has a secure lock, push-button release and a diver's extender. LumiBrite covers the hands, the indices and the bezel for clear reading after dark or underwater.
This is a proper Prospex tool watch, not just a colourful one. It's rated to 200m for diving and has a screw-down crown, a screw case back and Seiko's Hardlex crystal. Inside is the Seiko Caliber 4R35 automatic movement. It has 23 jewels, a date display, hacking seconds, manual winding and a power reserve of about 41 hours. Magnetic resistance is 4,800 A/m.
Each case back is engraved with "LIMITED EDITION" and its own serial number. The Prospex line has been Seiko's home for serious sports watches since the 62MAS of 1965, Japan's first diver's watch. The HBB003K suits a man who wants a stainless steel dive watch he can swim in on the weekend and wear with an open collar on Monday.
