This Seiko Prospex PADI Diver’s Watch SRPL53K celebrates 60 years of Seiko’s heritage in diver’s watchmaking and is created in collaboration with PADI, the Professional Association of Diving Instructors—the world’s leading diver training organisation.

Evolving from Seiko’s iconic ‘Samurai’ and ‘Shōgun’ designs, this compact 41.7mm diver’s model blends key angular elements from both, with the steep lugs of the Shōgun and the distinctive crown styling of the Samurai. The green dial is inspired by the underwater view of sunlight filtering through the ocean surface. Modernised features include a date display at 4.5 o’clock, pointed hands, and a streamlined bracelet with press-formed integral links that complement the case's linear design.

Water-resistant to 200 metres and compliant with ISO standards for professional diving, the SRPL53K exemplifies the Seiko Prospex commitment—combining professional-grade specifications with durability, reliability, and functionality for diving and adventure.

The watch features a 41.7mm diameter case with a slim profile for enhanced wearability, along with a date window between the 4 and 5 o’clock markers, pointed hands, and a bracelet with press-formed integral links to complement the case’s linear design. Built to meet ISO standards for professional diving, it offers water resistance up to 200 metres. As with all Seiko Prospex models—named for their ‘Professional Specifications’—this timepiece is engineered for practicality, reliability, and durability in demanding environments.

The full stainless steel SRPL53K has Lumibrite treatment on the hands and markers as well as the bezel. The bracelet is finished with a three-fold clasp with secure lock, push button release with extender. The magnetic resistance rating of the SRPL53K is 4800 A/m.

All Seiko warranties are registered online directly by Seiko. After purchase and shipping by StarBuy, an email is sent by Seiko registering the warranty. A link to the online instructions manual is also sent within the email. Seiko no longer supply any hard copies of the warranty booklet or the instructions manual.

  Yes, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home, we recommend using a work address. Australia Post may offer contactless delivery—in those cases, we follow their current safety protocols. Risk and ownership transfer to the recipient upon delivery.
  

• What if I am not home when my order arrives?
  If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a card with details on how to collect your parcel from the closest authorised Australia Post Office. You’ll need to present a photo ID at the post office to pick it up. If you’ve authorised a Safe Drop with Australia Post previously, they’ll follow your existing instructions.

• What are your shipping charges?
  We offer free shipping Australia-wide with Australia Post Express. For approved brands shipped to New Zealand, a $10 flat fee will be added to your total at checkout. Approved parcels to NZ are shipped within the Australia Post / NZ Post network.
