The Oris Big Crown ProPilot Chronograph GMT 01 677 7699 4164-07 8 22 19 is a Swiss automatic pilot’s chronograph for men who want aviation-grade function on the wrist. Its 44mm multi-piece stainless steel case has the scale and presence a pilot’s watch needs, and the black dial keeps every reading clear. Three subdials handle continuous seconds and the 30-minute and 12-hour chronograph counters, with a date window and a 24-hour GMT hand built into the layout.

Domed sapphire crystal on both sides, anti-reflective coated on the inside, protects the dial without glare. On the back, a screwed stainless steel caseback with a see-through window shows the movement at work. The watch is finished on a multi-piece stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp, at a 22mm lug width that also takes Oris’s leather and textile straps.

Inside is the Oris Calibre 677, a Swiss automatic chronograph movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz). It carries a 48-hour power reserve and Oris’s signature red rotor, visible through the caseback. The chronograph times to a quarter of a second, the stop-seconds function allows precise setting, and the 24-hour hand tracks a second time zone, which makes this a true travel watch rather than one styled like it. Water resistance is 10 bar (100m), covering swimming, rain and daily wear.

  If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a card with details on how to collect your parcel from the closest authorised Australia Post Office. You’ll need to present a photo ID at the post office to pick it up. If you’ve authorised a Safe Drop with Australia Post previously, they’ll follow your existing instructions.
