Seiko Turtle SRPE99K
Seiko Turtle Prospex PADI Collection Automatic Dive Watch SRPE99K. This mens watch features a blue dial with a stainless steel case and matching bracelet. Display a date and day, and it is a 200m Water Resistance watch.
The PADI timepiece collection is exclusive to Seiko, as the only global watch brand to design a range of professional diver’s watches in official colours featuring the PADI logo. PADI (The Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is the world’s leading scuba diving training organisation, unifying divers around the globe who share a passion for adventure and love for the ocean.
This watch shape is nicknamed by Seiko fans as a ‘turtle’ – its silhouette, side view and watch case back resemble a turtle with its curved comfortable shell. To divers, sea turtles are symbols of good fortune. This is the diver’s watch that, just like the sea turtle, is loved by many diving enthusiasts.
The Seiko Prospex PADI Edition Turtle SRPE99K1 features the Seiko automatic and manual winding 4R36 movement with a time tolerance of +30 / -45 seconds a day. The case is stainless steel with hardlex glass and a stainless steel bracelet. The case size is 45mm x 13.22mm with a lug width of 22mm and a lug to lug measurement of 47.7mm. The SRPE99 has a 200m / 20 bar water resistance rating with a screw case back, a screw lock crown and a uni-directional rotating bezel.
What we love: If you only had 1 Turtle in your collection, this would have to be it. The turtle shape with the blue dial make this as iconic as a watch can be.
