The SSB437P-9 features a 42mm stainless steel case with a thickness of 11.8mm. The lug to lug size is 50.2mm and the lug width 20mm. This mens watch features a black racing leather strap with a three-fold safety clasp with a push button release. This watch is 100m water resistant and features Sapphire Crystal glass. The SSB437P uses Seiko Quartz Caliber 8T63 with an approximate accuracy of +/- 15 seconds a month at a normal temperature range between 5 - 60 degrees centigrade. The crown is a pull out type.

Additional features of the SSB437P-9 include a small seconds hand and a Chronograph that measures up to 60 minutes in 1/5 second increments with split time capability, a Tachymetre and a date function on the dial.
