Seiko Presage SSA453J1 is a mechanical automatic watch with an open heart movement and is Made in Japan.

The Presage SSA453J watch features the Seiko in-house mechanical movement and lumibrite in subtle sepia to create its vintage look with no compromise on brightness and practicality. Its denim blue colour dial and matching bezel insert adds to the retro style along with a vintage design brown suede-effect strap.

The SSA453J1 features the Seiko calibre 4R39 that is both manual as well as a self winding automatic movement with a normal operating accuracy tolerance of +45 / -25 seconds per day and a power reserve of 41 hours. The watch has a 40.8mm stainless steel case with thickness of 14.32mm, a lug-to-lug size of 48.9mm and a lug width of 20mm. It also features a suede leather strap with luminescent hands and indexes, box shape hardlex glass and a tang clasp. Water resistance rating is 50m and additional features include a screw case back, exhibition case back, a 24 hour subdial and an open heart movement.

The new Seiko Presage Style 60's series design takes its inspiration from the Crown Chronograph introduced in 1964. With contemporary earth tone colours, the watches combine the vintage design of the 1964 creation with contemporary elements to create a series with a retro feel perfect for modern times.
