There are just 6,000 pieces of this limited edition watch available globally. This particular limited edition watch has been created in conjunction with Japanese Olympic Gold Medallist Skateboarder Yuto Horigome, and features his signature on the caseback.

This watch shape echoes the SKX series of Seiko 5 Sports watches – 1990s versions which updated the reliability and durability of the 1960s originals.

The “camouflage” grey and black design takes inspiration from street fashion, its 3d textured pressed dial gives added depth and black silicone strap enhances the street style aesthetic. Each limited edition piece comes with its own special box.

The Seiko 5 sports SRPJ39 features the Seiko Automatic and Manual winding movement calibre 4R36 with an approximate power reserve of 41 hours and a daily time tolerance of +45 / -35 seconds per day. The case is 42.5mm x 13.4mm stainless steel case with a Black silicone strap that offsets the camo dial. This watch has a water resistance rating of 100m and an approximate weight of 100gm. Additional features include a unidirectional rotating, screw case back, a see-through case case back, 24 jewels and a day and date function.

What we love: Purely from a colour scheme point of view, this is a unique offering from Seiko. Sunning looking watch that needs to be seen as no images will do this any justice. The holographic effect dial is something that has not been offered by Seiko previously and is a real standout. The dial looks totally different indoors as against outside in the sun.
