MeisterSinger Perigraph series White AM1001G. The Perigraph received a Red Dot Design Award and the GOOD Design Award for its overall design concept and was also voted Watch of the Year. Its stainless steel case is 43 millimeters in diameter, water-resistant up to 50m, and the dial is covered by a domed sapphire glass. The Swiss automatic ETA 2824-2 movement, with a rotor that supplies the watch with a 38-hour power reserve, can be viewed through the sixfold screwed glass exhibition back.

The Perigraph AM1001G in MeisterSinger’s distinctive white hue has long since become a MeisterSinger classic. The date ring is completely open, giving the dial both structure and depth. The centrally positioned single hand calmly rotates around the dial. A small blue arrow at 12 o’clock points to the current date. In this version, it has a glossy white dial with gold hour markers and blue and black contrasting indices.

MeisterSinger often has a flair for the unusual when designing its single-hand watches and the Perigraph, which also features a date display, is no exception. The beautifully balanced date ring rotates freely around the center of the dial. A small arrow at 12 o’clock points to the current date, which advances one step each day at midnight. This analog representation of the date corresponds to the circular time display and provides just as much of an overview.

The Swiss Sellita SW200 automatic movement in the perigraph AM1001G, which is specially modified for MeisterSinger’s single-hand watches, quietly ticks inside the Perigraph. At midnight, the date switches to the next day at lightning speed. The rotor supplies the automatic movement with a 38-hour power reserve.

What we love: Looking at the neat layout of the dial and the contrast of the black hand against the white and the Gold markers, its easy to see why this series won multiple awards. The overall finish just adds to the look of the watch.
