Rarely are watches certified by the COSC (Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute). This certificate is only issued to pieces that can guarantee perfect isochronism over a given time and at given positions – in effect, their ability to tell the time correctly, consistently and precisely, within the strict limits enforced by an ISO standard.

The COSC is an independent Swiss organisation that only issues its chronometer certificates to these pieces after the watches have undergone numerous tests over several days. As a guardian of the long tradition of high-precision Swiss Made timepieces, the Frederique Constant Highlife Automatic COSC FC-303C3NH6B is also finished according to the standards of fine Geneva watchmaking, with its movement visible through a sapphire case back. The watch, offered with a chocolate colour sunray globe pattern embossed in the center dial, comes with two interchangeable bracelets: one in steel for a chic and urban luxury, and the other in rubber for a sporty and adventurous wear.

Featuring the FC-303 mechanical automatic movement with a 38 hour power reserve, 26 jewels and running at 28,800 alt / h, this movement is certified by COSC.

The case size is 39mm with a thickness of 10.34mm with a lug width of 24mm and is made with stainless steel. The glass used is convex Sapphire crystal with anti-glare coating on both sides. Adding to the overall aesthetic is the see-through case back. The watch has a water resistance rating of 100m or 10 ATM.
