All Citizen warranties are registered online on the Citizen Warranty Portal directly by StarBuy on behalf of the customer. After purchase and shipping by StarBuy, an email is sent by Citizen registering the warranty directly to the buyer. A link to the online instructions manual is also sent within the email. If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a card with details on how to collect your parcel from the closest authorised Australia Post Office. You’ll need to present a photo ID at the post office to pick it up. If you’ve authorised a Safe Drop with Australia Post previously, they’ll follow your existing instructions. -
