Seiko Presage Pinky Twilight Cocktail Time Limited Edition 30.3mm Ladies watch SRE014J is an automatic movement watch. A 2024 release, the Star Bar Limited Edition SRE014J1 is limited to 5000 pieces globally.

Traditionally in Japan ‘Nomunication hour’ – a hybrid of nomu (drink) and communication, is after 5pm – when it’s cocktail hour and time to talk things over. The Seiko Presage Cocktail Time collection was inspired by this Japanese custom – with each timepiece named after drinks mixed by Hisashi Kishi, head bartender of Star Bar in Tokyo’s Ginza area.

Hisashi Kishi has created a menu of Seiko-inspired original cocktails under the theme of ‘Tokyo Magic Hour’ adding interesting sips to his already-extensive repertoire. One of which is the ‘Pinky Twilight.’ With pink hues merging into white, the gradation is designed to look like the early moments of the sun setting over Tokyo skies.

With Dauphine-style hands, and a date feature at 3 o’clock, this elegant Presage timepiece comes with a brown calf leather strap. It features a 2R05 automatic hacking 21 jewel movement that is accurate to +45 / -35 seconds per day. This movement is automatic with manual winding and has an approximate power reserve of 40 hours. The Rose Gold tone stainless steel case with the multi-tonal Beige / Pink dial has a case diameter of 30.3mm, a lug-to-lug size of 37mm, case thickness of 10.9mm and a lug wifth of 14mm. The glass is box-shaped Hardlex. With a Water Resistance rating of 50m, additional features of the SRE014 include LIMITED EDITION on the case back, Screw case back, See-through case back, Serial number engraved on the case back, Interchangeable strap with quick release spring bars.

What we love: The dial. Best viewed in the sun, none of the images do the watch any justice. The Rose gold tone case and the dial with the matching Rose gold tone hands and markers have the perfect contrast. Made in Japan.
